About Us

Systalent Software Private Limited is a privately held company established in 2003, providing software development and systems design/support services to clients in the United States. Since then, we have grown to provide services to other parts of the world, including the Middle-east and Asia-Pacific.

Systalent has partnered with Intersys Consulting of Austin, TX, USA to identify further growth opportunities in the Americas.

Technologies

  • Microsoft .Net - Enterprise web and client-server application development (with SQL Server and Oracle at the backend), including SilverLight and nHibernate

Engagement Models

  • Co-Development : This is the most common engagement model applied by our customers. A dedicated development team from Systalent works with a client development team; enabling round the clock development, with adequate hours of overlap to ensure smooth communication between the teams. The Systalent resources are engaged on time-and-materials basis, or man-month contractual basis.
  • Product Development : In this option, Systalent undertakes end-to-end product development or enhancement services, with part of our team visiting the client periodically to gather requirements and provide alpha demostrations. The Systalent resources are engaged on time-and-materials basis, or man-month contractual basis.

Quality Assurance

All projects follow structured development methodology, starting the detailed up-front requirements specifications (SRS), software design specifications (SDS), and project plans. All source is maintained in source control repositories with automated backups. Bugs are tracked using a web-based tool that is fully integrated with e-mail. Time spent on projects is also tracked using web-based tools.

Management Team

  • Anwar Payyoorayil (CEO) : Anwar has over twelve years of experience in the software industry, with a large part in the United States. A graduate from the University of Oklahoma with an MS in Computer Science, Anwar has worked with multiple companies in the US, Qatar and India. He spent five years at Dell in Austin TX, USA, working on a variety of technologies including multi-terabyte databases, Linux and Ab Initio.
  • Mohammed Azad (COO) : Azad has worked with multiple companies in India, the longest being a four year association with the NEST Technologies (a CMM Level 5 company). His experience with quality management systems is applied to every project undertaken by Systalent, which is key to the quality of our projects and satisfaction of our customers. Azad holds a BTech degree in Computer Science from the Cochin University.
