Quality Control

Projects follow structured development methodology, starting the detailed up-front requirements specifications (SRS), software design specifications (SDS), and project plans. All source is maintained in source control repositories with automated backups. Bugs are tracked using a web-based tool that is fully integrated with e-mail. Time spent on projects is also tracked using web-based tools.

We strive to reflect our feeling of co-ownership in all projects, and that would be visible to our clients in our willingness to go the extra mile in terms of support services, especially production support during launches regardless of timezones.
